“All signs are showing that it’s going to be a high shopping season this year which means that retailers, both online and in store, are really staffing up to be ready for a quite busy season.” Are there particular categories that you’re anticipating are going to draw the most attention from consumers? “Well I think it’s going to see both in store, across retailers, as well as online.”

And that could lead to more competition for workers as retailers meet the demand.
