Got photos? Corel’s latest solution for organizing and editing. I’m Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear. After Shot Pro 2 is out from Corel…and at its heart…is designed for consumers who are getting serious about photography and shoot in what’s called the RAW format. That means they are saving all of the digital information captured by the camera’s sensor and using a PC or Mac to manipulate how they want the image to look. Corel Director of Product Management Greg Wood…
“It does everything from manage your photos and bringing them in. Obviously it’s going to decode those RAW formats and allow you to re-encode them to formats so you can distribute them. And it gives you lots of easy ways to edit your photos really quickly. Because, again, if you’re taking thousands of photos, you need to be able to go through those quickly and not get bogged down. And that’s exactly what After Shot Pro is for.”
It’s priced cheaper than the competition at about 80 dollars and…you can try it for free before you buy. You can find us at BootCamp.com. I’m Fred Fishkin.
