Ultimate Ears unleashes the MegaBoom.   I’m Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear.   Logitech is once again growing the family of its top notch Ultimate Ears Bluetooth speakers.     It’s pretty obvious with a glance that the MegaBoom speakers are bigger.   But they also sport some new features.  Ultimate Ears General Manager Rory Dooley….

“It is still the 360 degree sound that we really believe in, so it sounds the same no matter where you situate yourself in the room.  It’s completely waterproof this time, compared to UE Boom which was water resistant.  It has a one hundred foot wireless range versus fifty foot compared to UE Boom, so again, giving you more flexibility.   A twenty hour battery life and just amazing, awesome sound as well.”
