A money managing app adds flexibility: Level Money

Techstination feature for Tuesday, July 7, 2015

If you’re one of the many folks with income that varies, there’s an app that can help you manage your money.   I’m Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear.     Level Money is the name of an app designed to help anyone better manage their finances.   But now it has added a new feature to help if your money flow takes twists and turns.  CEO Jake Fuentes…

“We just released a new app update that even if you make money using tips or commissions or you get a check from grandma that we can factor all of that in but still deliver that same experience.  We knew that it was really important if we preserve the simplicity that people love about the application.  So we take all of the complex information that’s available in the financial world, all this transaction data.  We support 18 thousand different banks, and then we distill all of that down and say here’s what you have left to spend today.”

Level Money is owned by Capital One.  The app is free and works on both Android and Apple devices.   You can find us at BootCamp.com.   I’m Fred Fishkin.
