“So there’s water vapor in the air all around us, this invisible gas.  And what we’re able to do is filter the air and then we use a clay wheel to absorb the water vapor and then we use heat to drive the moisture out of that clay wheel.  And then we condense that moisture and then filter that essentially and then store it in our pitcher.  The pitcher can hold about a half gallon of water and has a UV light in it so it will keep the water fresh for you without any preservatives or chemicals.”
